Saint-Louis, a 440-year-old crystal mastery house under Hermès, is scaling its digital presence. You'll own traffic acquisition and e-commerce optimization for saint-louis.com, directly influencing how luxury craftspeople reach global customers.
Your Mission
Map current traffic acquisition channels (paid search, social ads, organic) and establish baseline performance KPIs
Create and publish 8-12 pieces of digital content (newsletters, SEO-optimized pages, social campaigns) aligned with brand voice
Audit site UX across devices and submit 5+ optimization recommendations for e-commerce team implementation
Build monthly digital trends monitoring system and publish first internal innovation newsletter
Increase organic and paid traffic by 20%+ through optimized campaigns, content, and channel testing
Reduce site bounce rate by 15% via implemented UX/functional improvements and A/B testing
Successfully support 2-3 major digital projects (3D app, DAM, PIM) through briefs, testing, and stakeholder coordination
Establish yourself as internal digital trends expert; build strategic roadmap for acquisition optimization
