You'll be the operational backbone of their Mexico vaccines marketing team, coordinating campaigns, managing budgets, and translating market data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
Your Mission
Establish marketing asset library and content management workflows; reduce approval cycle time by 20%
Own 2-3 promotional material projects end-to-end: concept through compliance and vendor coordination
Build stakeholder map and communication cadence with internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers
Deliver first monthly sales and market performance report with actionable insights for brand leadership
Successfully execute 4+ multichannel campaigns; track performance metrics and optimize future execution
Manage YTD marketing budget across 3+ vendors; maintain 100% compliance with POs and contract timelines
Plan and deliver 2 field events or training sessions; document lessons learned and process improvements
Become subject matter expert on Mexico vaccine portfolio and competitive landscape; brief leadership quarterly
