The Challenge
Casas Bahia is Brazil's retail giant reaching 100M+ customers—you'll operationalize their multichannel marketing engine across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp. Own the technical execution of campaigns and customer journeys while scaling their Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure.
Your Mission
Master Journey Builder and Automation Studio: Build 10+ production journeys with conditional logic and multi-touch sequencing
Develop SQL fluency: Write segmentation queries for 5+ data hygiene and audience refinement projects
Establish platform governance: Standardize Data Extension naming conventions, folder structure, and template organization across all business units
Execute first 20+ multichannel campaigns: Launch email, SMS, and push campaigns meeting open rate, CTR, and deliverability benchmarks
Lead Data Extension architecture: Design and maintain 50+ production DEs with proper modeling and documentation standards
Expand channel operations: Implement and operationalize WhatsApp and SMS automations, achieving 15%+ uplift in channel performance metrics
Own campaign analytics: Build 8+ operational dashboards in Power BI tracking campaign health, segment performance, and channel ROI
Scale integrations: Support 3+ Data Warehouse/Data Lake integration projects with validation and quality assurance

Campaign Performance Baseline
Track open rate, click-through rate (CTR), and deliverability across all multichannel campaigns by segment and business unit
Journey Completion Rate
Monitor journey abandonment, step-through rates, and conversion outcomes for active automations in Journey Builder
Data Quality Score
Measure accuracy and hygiene of Data Extensions through validation queries and error rate monitoring
Platform Governance Adoption
Track standardization compliance (naming conventions, folder structure, template usage) across all SFMC assets
