The Challenge

You'll own end-to-end technical architecture for real-time personalization and analytics solutions—blending deep technical expertise with client leadership.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master GAP's project delivery methodology and establish relationships with 2-3 key enterprise clients

2

Lead architecture design for one complete MCP/MCI implementation, defining data flows and integration patterns

3

Build and document 3+ reference architecture diagrams that become reusable templates for future engagements

4

Conduct technical design sessions with both client stakeholders and internal engineering teams, demonstrating your thought leadership

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 2 full production implementations with zero critical defects and measurable lift in client personalization KPIs

Establish yourself as the internal SME on MCP advanced features—behavioral tracking, rule engines, AI-driven decisioning

Mentor 2 junior engineers on technical solution design and Salesforce best practices

4

Contribute to GAP's IP—produce 1-2 methodology docs or automation frameworks that improve delivery efficiency across projects

  • You want to grow as a solutions architect and mentor others, not just execute individual contributor work

  • You prefer remote work or flexibility—this is strictly on-site in Medellín
  • You've only worked with Salesforce basics (CRM, Sales Cloud automation) and lack hands-on MCP/MCI depth
  • You get frustrated with client stakeholders; you'll spend significant time translating between technical and business teams
