The Challenge

TF1 Pub is racing to stay relevant as streaming and AI reshape advertising. You'll be the architect bridging innovation strategy with advertiser value, owning everything from new ad formats to GenAI-powered marketing tools that actually move the needle.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master and operationalize 3-4 GenAI tools (Gemini, Claude, Runway) for internal marketing production—build templates and workflows the team actually uses

Deliver 2 advertiser-facing pitch decks showcasing TF1's innovation strategy and premium streaming positioning that close deals

3

Map competitive landscape: audit 10+ international broadcasters' innovative ad formats and document 5 playbook-ready concepts for TF1

Launch internal creative brief for one new ad format concept (special device or brand content) and shepherd it to advertiser validation

By 6 Months
1

Own full lifecycle of 3 advertiser innovation workshops (60-90 min each), measured by NPS >7 and deal conversion uplift

Build GenAI marketing playbook: document proven workflows for presentations, video, podcasts, commercial assets—used by team weekly

Develop and position TF1 Pub's RSE advertising offering with 3+ advertiser case studies and documented ROI metrics

Produce quarterly innovation trend reports (written + presented) that inform product roadmap and advertiser conversations

Advertiser Conversion Rate

% of innovation-focused advertiser meetings that result in campaign bookings or format trials

Content Output Velocity

Number of high-quality pitch decks, case studies, and commercial assets produced per month using GenAI tools

Innovation Format Adoption

Number of new ad formats or special devices launched with advertiser participation in 6 months

Net Promoter Score from advertiser-facing innovation and strategy sessions
