The Challenge

Groupe Figaro is France's leading media player. You'll own email animation strategy for two major properties: the Figaro Partner base and Ticketac.com e-commerce. Real impact: driving revenue through lifecycle marketing, affiliate partnerships, and data-driven segmentation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Selligent CRM platform and Treasure Data CDP—go from zero to operational on weekly campaign execution

2

Launch and optimize 12+ weekly email campaigns for Ticketac, hitting KPI targets (open rate, CTR, revenue per send)

3

Build affiliate partnership calendar for Figaro Partners base; establish daily performance tracking cadence

4

Deliver first cohort analysis: segment partner base by engagement/revenue; recommend 3 targeting improvements

By 6 Months
1

Increase Ticketac email revenue by 15%+ through lifecycle journey mapping and behavioral segmentation

Grow Figaro Partners base volume by 20% via acquisition-focused campaigns and partner diversification

Own complete weekly reporting: campaign performance, affiliate ROI, KPI trends for both properties

Establish AB testing framework; run 8+ tests to optimize subject lines, send times, segmentation logic

Daily tracking of affiliate campaign performance; calculate revenue vs. payout to identify top performers.

  • You have a digital marketing background and genuinely care about email/CRM mechanics
  • You're comfortable in Excel and excited to learn enterprise CRM platforms (Selligent, Treasure Data)
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on weekly campaign rhythms and performance reporting
  • You're curious about customer lifecycle, affiliate economics, and how segmentation drives revenue
  • You want hands-on mentoring in a major media/tech environment with real scale (two product bases)
Won't Work If
  • You expect fully remote work—this is hybrid with regular Paris office presence required
  • You lack basic email marketing or CRM knowledge and aren't willing to learn on the job
  • You prefer creative-only roles; this is heavily operations, data, and performance-focused
  • You need flexibility on hours or contracts—apprenticeship structure is fixed 1-2 years

Interview Process

Screening Call

Recruiter covers background, motivation for CRM/email, and technical comfort (Excel, any CRM exposure).

Manager Interview

Marketing Client team lead assesses project management, communication, and understanding of lifecycle marketing + affiliate partnerships.

CRM/Data Exercise

Small take-home or live task: analyze sample email campaign data, propose segmentation, or build weekly send plan.

Team Meeting

Meet Ticketac and partner-base operations team; discuss day-to-day collaboration and company culture fit.
