The Challenge
Gorgias is building the AI agent that powers conversational commerce—turning every customer interaction into a relationship. You'll own the data and automation infrastructure that fuels their revenue engine, extracting signals, enriching contacts, and scaling workflows that sales, marketing, and success teams depend on daily.
Your Mission
Own one end-to-end data enrichment pipeline (e.g., Apollo or Shopify API → SQL cleaning → LLM extraction) and deliver 90%+ data quality accuracy
Ship 2-3 internal tools or Retool apps that let GTM teams self-serve without engineering handoff (e.g., contact segmentation, experiment enrollment)
Collaborate with Growth Intelligence squad to instrument 3+ A/B tests with reliable data collection and reporting
Document data schemas, ETL processes, and tool playbooks so onboarding new team members takes <1 day
Scale enrichment pipelines to handle 10k+ monthly new contacts with sub-24h latency and <5% error rate
Build and iterate on 2-3 AI-powered signal detection systems (job changes, tech stack shifts, intent indicators) that feed lead scoring
Establish data quality SLAs with sales and marketing; reduce data-related blocker tickets by 60%
Deploy a self-serve analytics dashboard showing pipeline health, enrichment ROI, and experiment lift by segment
