The Challenge

GeistM scales profitable customer acquisition for category-leading brands across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Reddit. You'll own the entire growth marketing function—building systems and standards while staying hands-on with complex client accounts in a fast-growing org.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing client accounts across Meta, Reddit, and Native platforms; document performance gaps and establish baseline metrics for Q1 optimization

Define and document growth marketing operating model including testing frameworks, attribution standards, and campaign architecture guidelines for all platforms

3

Assess current team capabilities; create 90-day development plan for Managers and Analysts with clear leadership track records

4

Identify and address top 3 systemic performance risks across portfolio; implement corrective processes or training

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4+ major platform optimizations on high-priority accounts; demonstrate measurable ROAS/CAC improvements vs. baseline

2

Build and rollout standardized QA checklist and reporting cadence across all client accounts; achieve 95%+ compliance

3

Develop and promote 1-2 Managers into expanded strategic roles; document decision-making frameworks they now own

4

Partner with exec leadership to align growth marketing roadmap with revenue targets; present quarterly performance reviews with variance analysis

KPIs You'll Own

Client Portfolio ROAS

Weighted average return on ad spend across all managed accounts; target month-over-month improvement as baseline improves.

CAC Efficiency Ratio

Customer acquisition cost vs. lifetime value benchmarks by platform and client vertical; track variance and trends.

Operational Compliance Score

% of accounts meeting documentation, testing, and reporting standards; audit monthly.

Team Development Velocity

Number of Managers/Analysts promoted, expanded scope, or certified in advanced platforms; track quarterly.

Client Retention & Expansion

% of accounts retained YoY and revenue growth from existing clients; indicates health and satisfaction.
