The Challenge
GC Aesthetics is a 40-year-old global medical aesthetics player present in 70+ countries. You'll own the North LATAM region—translating HQ strategy into local wins through a distributor network, driving partner activation, and ensuring market feedback shapes product development.
Your Mission
Map and audit all distributor/partner relationships across North LATAM; establish monthly cadence for HQ alignment and partner feedback loops
Audit existing marketing assets; identify gaps and create localized playbook (presentations, emails, social templates) for Q1 campaigns
Launch GCA Academy™ event series targeting key opinion leaders and healthcare providers; secure 3+ advisory board commitments
Build internal product knowledge framework and deliver training to at least 50% of distributor sales teams across region
Execute 2 major product launches or campaigns with 100% distributor activation and measurable pipeline impact
Grow regional social media engagement by 40%; establish consistent content calendar aligned with clinical/commercial priorities
Collect and synthesize market feedback from 20+ customer touchpoints; deliver quarterly insights report to HQ product team
Develop region-specific sales enablement toolkit; measure partner utilization and track incremental revenue lift from materials

- You're comfortable being hands-on: writing emails, designing content, managing social—not just strategy
- You speak fluent Spanish and understand Mexico/North LATAM market dynamics or have LATAM experience
- You can balance technical product knowledge with marketing storytelling; you enjoy learning about medical devices or healthcare
- You thrive in ambiguity; this role combines product management, marketing, and commercial support with a lean team
- You expect a large team or dislike getting tactical (this is hands-on marketing execution, not pure strategy)
- You need full remote flexibility—this is on-site Mexico City with regular travel
- You don't speak Spanish fluently or lack LATAM market context and cultural fluency
- You struggle with cross-functional alignment or find managing multiple stakeholders (HQ, partners, customers) draining
