The Challenge

France Air is structuring its group-wide marketing function across multiple brands and international markets. You'll own the digital strategy and corporate communication roadmap while managing a 3-person team and collaborating across subsidiaries.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence across group brands and identify cohesion gaps in messaging and technical infrastructure

2

Define and present group digital strategy roadmap with e-commerce priorities to leadership and subsidiary heads

3

Establish cross-functional governance model between Marketing, IT, and subsidiary teams

4

Launch one flagship digital initiative (website refresh, analytics consolidation, or campaign framework)

By 6 Months
1

Deploy digital roadmap across 70% of brands with localization frameworks in place

2

Increase group brand visibility metrics: organic traffic +25%, brand search volume +15%

3

Build and optimize internal marketing tech stack: implement centralized CMS, analytics, and asset management

4

Deliver quarterly performance reviews showing improved brand consistency scores and digital KPI alignment across subsidiaries

Group Digital Visibility Index

Consolidated organic traffic, brand search volume, and domain authority across all group properties

Brand Consistency Score

Audit-based scoring on messaging, visual identity, and communication guidelines adherence across brands and regions

E-Commerce Performance (if applicable)

Conversion rate, AOV, and traffic growth across group digital commerce channels

Team Velocity & Output

Project delivery rate, campaign launch speed, and stakeholder satisfaction from internal NPS surveys

For You If
  • You've managed digital strategy at scale across multiple brands or subsidiaries—you know how to balance group cohesion with local autonomy
  • You've led teams through digital transformation: CMS migrations, analytics implementations, or e-commerce launches
  • You're fluent in English and comfortable in international, matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies
  • You think in systems: you can audit tech stacks, define governance models, and translate business strategy into digital roadmaps
  • You want strategic ownership without the startup chaos—structured environment, real budget, and established team
Won't Work If
  • You're hands-on-only: this role requires delegation and stakeholder management across subsidiaries, not just tactical execution
  • You need 100% remote or flexible location—this is on-site in Beynost with occasional work-from-home
  • You lack experience managing people or coordinating cross-functional projects—team leadership and matrix collaboration are non-negotiable
  • You don't have deep technical fluency: understanding CMS, analytics, e-commerce platforms, and IT constraints is critical to this role
