About the job
Foundersmax is seeking a Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition, activation, and scaling efforts across the venture studio and its portfolio companies. You will work closely with founders to design and execute data-driven growth strategies, turning early traction into repeatable and scalable growth engines.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive growth strategy across portfolio companies from early traction to scale Design and execute customer acquisition strategies across channels (paid, organic, partnerships) Build and optimize growth funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) Partner with founders to define KPIs, growth roadmaps, and go-to-market execution Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, rapid iteration) Oversee performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM systems Establish growth analytics infrastructure and reporting across the studio Identify and scale repeatable growth playbooks across multiple ventures
What We’re Looking For
Growth Expertise: 7–12+ years in growth, marketing, or product growth roles in startups or high-growth environments Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and performance optimization Channel Experience: Deep expertise across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnership channels Builder Mindset: Experience scaling products from early traction to meaningful growth Founder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with founders and influence go-to-market decisions Hands-On Execution: Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically Tooling & Systems: Familiarity with growth tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
