The Challenge
Ferragamo is hunting for someone to own marketing strategy across South America—building luxury brand presence, orchestrating campaigns, and driving customer loyalty in one of the world's most competitive luxury markets.
Your Mission
Map current brand perception and customer experience gaps across São Paulo and key South America markets through research and retail team interviews
Develop and launch 2-3 high-impact brand experiences or events that reinforce luxury positioning and drive media coverage
Establish relationships with 15+ key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders; coordinate first integrated campaign brief
Create marketing performance dashboard tracking campaign ROI, customer engagement, and media impressions across channels
Execute 4-6 integrated campaigns (online + offline) across South America showing measurable lift in brand awareness and customer acquisition
Grow PR coverage by 40%+ through strategic media placements and thought leadership positioning in luxury trade publications
Design and implement customer experience improvements based on retail insights; track NPS lift and repeat visit rates
Optimize marketing budget allocation—deliver month-over-month reporting showing efficiency gains and ROI by channel

Media Coverage Value
PR impressions and earned media value from press releases, features, and influencer placements.
Customer Experience NPS
Net Promoter Score tracking customer satisfaction across all touchpoints; target improvement quarter-over-quarter.
Event Attendance & Engagement
Unique attendees and post-event conversion/loyalty metrics from exclusive brand experiences and activations.
Marketing Spend Efficiency
Cost per acquisition and budget variance; track actual spend vs. planned spend month-to-month.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built campaigns or brand strategies inside luxury, premium, or aspirational brands (fashion, watches, beauty, hospitality)
- You're comfortable juggling PR, events, media strategy, and customer experience—and can own all four simultaneously
- You speak fluent English and understand South America market dynamics (bonus: Portuguese or Spanish)
- You obsess over metrics but also have a creative eye; you can translate brand narrative into campaigns that drive real engagement
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in São Paulo
- You've only worked in B2B or performance marketing; luxury brand building and brand storytelling aren't in your toolkit
- You get bored managing budgets, supplier relationships, and administrative processes alongside strategic work
