The Challenge
EPSILON France (Publicis Group's data marketing powerhouse) is scaling its CRM operations for a major European retailer. You'll own the entire CRM strategy-to-execution engine, managing 100+ daily marketing platforms and driving omnichannel activation at scale.
Your Mission
Map current CRM ecosystem, identify quick-win optimizations, and present performance baseline to stakeholder committee
Establish CRM team workflows, define KPI dashboards, and align on Q1 activation roadmap with client
Audit all active campaigns for performance gaps and execute 3-5 tactical improvements targeting revenue recovery
Secure buy-in on Martech transformation priorities from client leadership and resource stakeholders
Deliver 15%+ uplift in CRM-driven revenue through optimized segmentation, personalization, and channel mix testing
Launch 2 major omnichannel campaign cycles with documented lift metrics and client-ready reporting
Implement new CDP/DMP integration to consolidate customer data, reducing activation time-to-market by 40%
Build high-performing CRM team (hiring plan, training, vendor relationship framework) with measurable engagement KPIs

CRM-Attributed Revenue
Total incremental sales generated by CRM campaigns vs. control, tracked monthly with attribution modeling
Campaign ROI / ROAS
Return on ad spend across email, SMS, push, and web channels with benchmarking vs. retail industry standards
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Lifetime value of customers acquired and retained through CRM programs, segmented by cohort and channel
Activation Velocity
Time from insight/strategy decision to live campaign execution, measured in days
Omnichannel Engagement Rate
Cross-channel participation rate (email→SMS→web→store) tracking campaign resonance and audience quality

- You want exposure to Martech transformation at scale without the startup chaos (enterprise client + agency support)
- You're purely tactical (campaign execution only)—this role requires strategic vision and client-side business acumen
- You can't articulate business impact in revenue terms or get bored by performance analytics and optimization
- You lack experience managing teams or vendor relationships; this is a people-and-ecosystem-heavy role
