The Challenge

EPSILON France (Publicis Group's data marketing powerhouse) needs you to lead their CRM Activation team and drive client transformations across omnichannel marketing automation. You'll manage consultants, own client relationships, and execute complex data-driven marketing strategies for 300+ active clients.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard and assess current team of Activation consultants; establish clear skill matrix and development plans

2

Own 2-3 active client projects end-to-end; establish your methodology and quality standards

3

Map internal CRM capabilities and identify 2-3 quick-win projects to strengthen the department

4

Build relationships with cross-functional leads (Tech, Data, Creative); document handoff processes

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 4-6 client projects on time and budget; achieve 90%+ client satisfaction scores

2

Grow team capability: conduct 3+ knowledge-sharing sessions (webinars, case studies, best practices)

3

Launch 1 internal CRM initiative that scales team efficiency or revenue

4

Contribute to 2-3 new business pitches; develop playbook for omnichannel personalization proposals

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed marketing operations or automation projects for 8+ years and led teams for 4+ years (not just dotted-line)
  • You're fluent in at least one major marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Braze) and understand CDPs, personalization, and engagement stacks
  • You thrive leading consultants, solving client problems, and balancing delivery with team development
  • You speak fluent English and can work with international clients and teams
  • You want to scale marketing automation expertise while building a high-performing team in a growth-focused agency
Won't Work If
  • You've only done functional or matrix-style team leadership (they want real management experience)
  • You're hands-off—this role requires deep technical knowledge of campaign platforms, not just management
  • You prefer individual contributor work or pure strategic consulting over project delivery and team operations
  • Your experience is mostly campaign execution without client relationship or budget ownership

Confirm background (8+ yrs ops, 4+ yrs management, platform expertise), team leadership experience, and English fluency
