The Challenge

Engeform is a 50-year-old engineering firm with 600+ delivered projects, now pushing growth through integrated marketing. You'll own the full funnel—from paid campaigns to ABM strategy—in a company that values execution excellence.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize all active paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to establish baseline performance and identify quick wins

Map ABM target accounts and create initial personalized journey workflows for top 10 strategic accounts

Build and launch 2 pieces of core marketing content (case studies, whitepapers) aligned with sales pipeline

4

Establish weekly reporting dashboard tracking campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 20%+ improvement in cost-per-lead across paid channels through systematic testing and optimization

2

Scale ABM program to 25+ target accounts with measurable engagement and pipeline contribution metrics

3

Launch and manage 2 corporate events (trade shows, client roundtables) with documented ROI and attendee feedback

4

Develop and execute integrated email marketing automation flows for nurture and re-engagement campaigns

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track paid campaign efficiency across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to optimize spend allocation.

Campaign Conversion Rate

Measure percentage of ad clicks converting to qualified leads by channel and campaign type.

ABM Account Engagement Score

Monitor engagement velocity and quality signals for target accounts in personalized campaigns.

Content Performance (Views, CTR, Time on Page)

Evaluate owned content effectiveness in driving awareness and supporting sales conversations.

Email Open/Click Rates

Benchmark automation and nurture campaign performance against industry standards for B2B engineering.
