You'll own the marketing playbook for a security brand at a 20k+ person global tech leader. This is hands-on—building content calendars, running events, managing community—with real budgets and vendor relationships to prove your chops.
Your Mission
Audit current social presence across LinkedIn/Instagram; establish baseline metrics and content calendar for next quarter
Execute 2-3 in-market events or activations in Santiago; measure attendance, lead capture, and brand sentiment
Build your vendor/supplier network for branded merchandise; secure 3-5 qualified partners with pricing locked in
Create and deploy first campaign content series (visuals + copy) demonstrating brand voice consistency
Grow social media following by 30%+ and engagement rate by 25%; publish weekly content across all platforms
Launch and report ROI on minimum 4 major events/activations; refine event strategy based on learnings
Develop comprehensive marketing materials kit ensuring visual consistency; implement brand guidelines across all collateral
Collaborate with sales/product to generate 50+ qualified leads via campaign performance; present monthly insights dashboard
