Candelasoft is building the technical backbone of their marketing operation, not just running campaigns. You'll own the entire measurement, automation, and data infrastructure that drives growth—connecting GA4, CRM, ad platforms, and custom integrations into one cohesive system.
Your Mission
Audit and configure GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel implementation; establish baseline tracking accuracy and identify 3+ measurement gaps
Build UTM strategy, funnel tracking, and initial attribution model across paid and organic channels
Integrate CRM with ad platforms and website; set up 2+ automated workflows that eliminate manual data entry
Create first dashboard with actionable KPIs for web, conversion, and campaign performance
Implement server-side tracking for improved data accuracy and compliance; reduce tracking discrepancies by 50%+
Develop advanced CRO testing framework; identify and execute 3+ high-impact optimization experiments
Build BigQuery data warehouse connecting web, CRM, and ad spend; enable cross-channel attribution reporting
Scale marketing automation; design 5+ lead nurture and conversion workflows reducing manual touchpoints by 40%
