The Challenge

EGYM Wellpass is scaling corporate wellness across Europe and your website is the primary acquisition engine. You'll own conversion optimization, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven improvements across multiple market sites—directly impacting lead volume and revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Wellpass product suite, pricing models, and market positioning across France, Belgium, Germany

Audit current analytics setup (GA4, Hotjar) and establish baseline KPIs for conversion funnel

Map internal request workflow and implement prioritization framework with Marketing, Product, Content

Identify and launch 3-5 quick-win A/B tests targeting 2-3% conversion lift

By 6 Months

Deliver ~5% improvement in visitor-to-lead conversion rate through sustained CRO program

Successfully manage 8-10 website projects end-to-end with stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery

Build repeatable testing cadence: monthly hypothesis pipeline, data-backed recommendations, implementation

Establish website as strategic growth asset—tracked monthly performance reviews with leadership

Primary north star—track total site conversion and by traffic source/landing page.

Lead Volume & Quality

Absolute lead count and qualified lead ratio passed to sales.

Project Delivery Rate

% of website projects shipped on-time and on-scope; stakeholder satisfaction.

Time-to-Value (CRO Tests)

Cycle time from hypothesis → live test → learnings; number of tests per month.

Page Performance Score

Core Web Vitals, load time, and user behavior (scroll depth, CTR) by key pages.
