The Challenge
eBay's Conversion Programs team owns a multimillion-dollar communications portfolio driving revenue through email, push, and in-app notifications across 190+ markets. You'll architect the customer engagement strategy that turns browsers into buyers and powers sustained lifetime value.
Your Mission
Audit current email, push, and native hub notification portfolio; identify 3-5 quick-win optimization opportunities and deliver first A/B test results
Build rapport with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams; establish weekly cadence and clarify dependencies for Q1 roadmap
Define baseline KPIs for conversion, engagement, and revenue impact; establish measurement framework and dashboards
Ship 2-3 performance-driven campaign iterations with documented hypothesis, results, and learnings
Execute full product roadmap for communications portfolio; ship 4+ major initiatives with measurable uplift on conversion or revenue KPIs
Increase experimentation velocity by 30%+; establish testing calendar and automate hypothesis documentation
Identify and size 2-3 portfolio expansion opportunities using data forecasting; present business case for next-phase investment
Consolidate cross-functional learnings into playbooks for audience segmentation, trigger logic, and messaging optimization
