Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've driven 5+ successful global product launches in beauty, CPG, or prestige brands and can manage complexity at scale
  • You speak fluent cross-functional—you can brief creatives, partner with R&D, and translate strategy into execution
  • You're obsessed with consumer insights and competitive data; you make strategy decisions with evidence, not opinion
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can rally teams around a clear vision under deadline pressure
Won't Work If
  • You prefer deep-dive analytics over hands-on launch management; this role is 60% execution, not just strategy
  • You need remote flexibility or hybrid arrangements; this is on-site NYC with creative shoots and kickoffs requiring presence
  • You're not comfortable with ambiguity or rapid reprioritzation; portfolio changes, delays, and pivots happen frequently
