- Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) Business, One of the world's largest manufacturers of thermal transfer ribbons for barcode and sublimation printers. Based in Haarlem, Netherlands, our European division employs over 180 experts and produces key product lines, including TTR, photo, card materials, and holographic solutions for markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia.
About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital marketing performance across Europe.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will act as a true strategic partner, co-building our digital vision and driving its execution across Europe and shaping and executing DNP’s digital strategy, driving measurable impact on both B2B pipeline growth and brand visibility across B2B2C channels.
This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up: your first mission will be to establish strong digital foundations (website, SEO, content, analytics), then leverage them to generate long-term growth.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders:
Marketing teams, Sales, Product Marketing, IT, Legal, Finance, and international teams (Europe & Japan), as well as external agencies and digital partners.
Your mission:
Phase 1: Build strong foundations for Service Business Growth (Year 1)
Your priority will be to create a
robust and scalable digital ecosystem
:- Lead the full website redesign and structuring
- Define and deploy a long-term SEO, GEO and content strategy
- Set up analytics, attribution and performance dashboards
- Structure CRM and marketing automation (lead nurturing, scoring, flows)
value creation and acceleration
:- Turn digital into a measurable contributor to the B2B sales pipeline
- Boost brand awareness and engagement across Europe
- Optimize acquisition and performance across all channels
- Co-build the annual digital roadmap with the Marketing Director
- Manage agencies and partners (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM, content…)
- Own and optimize the digital budget allocation
- Track key KPIs: pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, conversions
- Produce clear insights and recommendations
- Build a data-driven decision culture within the business
- Manage one person
- Recruit and develop a digital team (1-3 people)
- Promote digital best practices across the organization
- 8-10 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B/B2B2C
- Strong expertise in SEO and content (critical for this role)
- Proven experience in website redesign or digital structuring projects
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations (GA4, dashboards, performance tracking)
- Experience managing agencies and multi-channel strategies
- First experience in team management
- Fluent English (international environment)
- Phase 1, Build (Year 1): establish strong, scalable digital foundations, for Service Business
- Phase 2, Scale (from Year 2): turn digital into a key growth engine for all the DNP business
