The Challenge

Directive is a performance marketing agency obsessed with real results—SQLs and customers, not vanity metrics. You'll own a lean portfolio of SMB clients and drive measurable revenue impact across paid, SEO, and CRO.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard and build trusted relationships with 5-7 assigned client accounts, establishing clear performance baselines and success metrics

Audit existing campaigns across paid, SEO, and CRO channels; identify quick wins and present strategic recommendations to clients

Execute and optimize Q1 demand generation campaigns, tracking SQL generation and cost-per-acquisition against client targets

4

Master Directive's Customer Generation methodology and internal tools; contribute to first account strategy decks

By 6 Months
1

Consistently deliver SQLs and customer results that exceed client targets across your portfolio

Build repeatable campaign playbooks for SaaS clients in your vertical; document best practices for team reuse

3

Expand account scope by identifying upsell opportunities in CRO, video, or additional channels within existing clients

4

Present quarterly strategy reviews to clients; strengthen relationships through proactive insights and industry trend recommendations

Track monthly SQLs delivered against client targets and measure efficiency to hit or exceed performance benchmarks.

Campaign ROI Across Channels

Monitor paid media, SEO, and CRO performance; measure revenue influenced relative to marketing spend.

Client Retention & NPS

Measure client satisfaction and repeat business; track account health and upsell conversion rates.

Project Delivery On-Time & On-Budget

Track campaign launch schedules and budget adherence; demonstrate operational excellence as a PM.
