The Challenge

DevRabbit IT Solutions needs a hands-on growth operator to build automated lead engines that scale revenue without scaling headcount. You'll own the entire lead automation stack—from ICP design to sales handoff—using modern tools like Clay to turn prospects into pipeline.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and launch first automated lead generation workflow using Clay, targeting defined ICP with 3+ firmographic signals

Integrate lead automation outputs into CRM with clean data quality (95%+ enrichment accuracy) and establish sales handoff process

Establish baseline KPI tracking: leads generated, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline impact by source

Run 2-3 A/B tests on outbound sequences (messaging, targeting, timing) and optimize based on engagement data

Scale automated lead system to consistently deliver 50+ qualified meetings/month to sales team with 30%+ conversion to pipeline

Build 2-3 ICP-specific prospecting engines with segmentation logic, intent signals, and predictive lead scoring
