The Challenge

Deloitte's Audit & Assurance team is scaling fast and needs someone to own their Salesforce CRM analytics engine. You'll build the dashboards, reports, and data strategies that drive predictable revenue growth across a major professional services business.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Deloitte's Salesforce CRM architecture, data model, and existing reporting stack; identify quick wins to improve data accuracy and dashboard performance

Collaborate with sales and relationship leaders to map out top 10 critical metrics and KPIs; build initial dashboard set in Salesforce Lightning

Establish data governance standards, access controls, and documentation for CRM data quality and security compliance

4

Onboard and train 2-3 key stakeholders on new dashboards; establish feedback loops for iterative improvements

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end analytics roadmap; deliver 15+ custom reports and dashboards covering pipeline, forecast, relationship health, and win/loss analysis

Implement AI/predictive modeling for lead scoring, churn prediction, or deal probability; measure lift vs. baseline

3

Build and mentor junior analytics team member(s); create reusable reporting templates and best-practices documentation

4

Drive 30%+ improvement in data quality scores; reduce manual reporting overhead through automation and RPA integration

KPIs You'll Own

Dashboard Adoption Rate

Percentage of sales and leadership team actively using your dashboards weekly to inform decisions.

Pipeline Visibility Score

Accuracy of forecast data in CRM vs. actual close rates; target 85%+ correlation.

Report Turnaround Time

Average time from ad-hoc request to delivered insight; target <48 hours for standard queries.

Data Quality Index

Percentage of records meeting governance standards (completeness, accuracy, timeliness).

Automation Savings

Hours freed up monthly through RPA, AI, and workflow automation vs. manual data entry and reporting.
