The Challenge
Deloitte is building brand presence and expertise visibility across the Grand Ouest region. You'll own the full marketing cycle—from event production to social content to internal engagement—reporting directly into their regional marketing team.
Your Mission
Launch and execute 3+ external events (webinars, client dinners, tech conferences) with full logistics ownership
Build and publish 40+ social media posts across platforms with 15%+ engagement rate
Migrate contact database to new CRM system with 100% data accuracy
Create 5+ internal communications (newsletters, announcements) reaching 100%+ office staff
Measure and report on event ROI—track attendance, pipeline impact, and brand sentiment shifts
Grow social media following by 25%+ and achieve consistent 2-3% engagement rate across posts
Complete full CRM transition and establish ongoing database hygiene protocols
Design and execute 2 major internal engagement campaigns (Ouest Day, Foundation initiatives) with documented participation metrics
KPIs You'll Own
Event Attendance & Conversion
Track number of attendees, qualified leads captured, and post-event pipeline value from external events.
Social Media Engagement Rate
Monitor likes, comments, shares, and follower growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and company channels.
CRM Migration Completion
Percentage of contacts migrated and validated in new system with zero data loss.
Internal Communication Reach
Percentage of office staff reached by newsletters and internal initiatives; track open rates and action rates.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in marketing, communication, or related field with genuine interest in events and brand-building
- You write well and can adapt messaging for different audiences (internal teams, external prospects, executives)
- You're comfortable with video/visual design tools and enjoy hands-on creative work
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects with autonomy and attention to detail
- You're looking for a purely strategy role—this is 60% execution, 40% planning
- You lack writing skills or struggle to tailor communication to different audiences
- You prefer deep specialization over 360° generalist marketing work (events, social, internal comms, CRM, RFPs all on your plate)
Interview Process
Initial screening
CV and motivation letter review; focus on portfolio (social posts, campaigns, event experience if any)
First interview
Phone/video call with Regional Marketing Manager; discuss marketing approach, events experience, tool familiarity
Practical exercise
Short assignment—write social post copy and design brief for hypothetical event or campaign
Final interview
In-person or video with broader team; culture fit, team collaboration, learning mindset
