The Challenge

DashClicks is scaling their agency and needs an Account Manager who can own client relationships across SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. You'll be the strategic bridge between the agency and growth-focused clients, driving retention and upsells while keeping campaigns performing.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard and establish weekly cadence with 8-10 assigned client accounts; document baseline campaign performance and client goals

Become certified/expert on DashClicks platform features and deliver 2-3 successful platform demos to prospects

Identify and document 3-5 upsell opportunities across your book; present findings to sales leadership

4

Establish communication protocols; achieve 95%+ response time SLA (under 2 hours for urgent client queries)

By 6 Months
1

Grow AUM (Assets Under Management) by 20% through upsells and net new accounts assigned

Deliver quarterly business reviews to 100% of accounts with data-driven recommendations and measurable campaign improvements

3

Reduce churn by identifying at-risk accounts early; execute retention strategy on 2-3 flagged clients

4

Build internal feedback loop: submit 5+ validated feature requests or product issues with client evidence to product team
