We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-Commerce Specialist to join our Retail Sales Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our retail business forward by managing sales operations, optimizing e-commerce catalogs, and building strong relationships with major retail partners like Amazon, Walmart, & Home Depot.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Sales & Inventory Management: Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and supply plans. Manage weekly Amazon Purchase Orders and collaborate closely with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and optimal inventory management.
- Retailer & Agency Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings with Amazon Vendor Managers and performance marketing agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Promotion & Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns. Negotiate promotional funding with retailers to maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and retailer data using Amazon Retail Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Catalog & Content Management: Develop product lineup strategies and manage product categories. Oversee e-commerce catalog management, including Amazon SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store setup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Creative Strategy: Monitor market trends and communicate effectively with the marketing team to plan and develop impactful creative assets.
- Operational Compliance & Dispute Management: Proactively monitor operational chargebacks, shortage claims, and compliance issues to minimize financial impact.
[Qualifications & Skills]
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience. (Prior working experience with Amazon Vendor Central is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Marketing Knowledge: Experience with performance marketing (paid media) on Amazon is a strong plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Salary & Benefits
- $55,000-$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Full-time / On-site (Los Angeles).

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Sales Team. As a core support member, you will assist in day-to-day e-commerce operations, manage retailer disputes, and provide essential support for our marketing efforts across major retail channels including Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate to build a solid foundation in the e-commerce industry.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Chargeback & Dispute Management: Monitor, investigate, and proactively dispute operational chargebacks, deductions, and shortage claims from major big-box retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.) to recover revenue.
- Vendor Account Support: Assist in daily account maintenance, handle basic communications with retail partners, and help troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Paid Media & Marketing Support: Provide administrative support for paid media and performance marketing campaigns (e.g., pulling performance reports, organizing creative assets, adjust keyword bidding, and tracking campaign data).
- Administrative & Operational Support: Perform data entry, assist with order tracking, and handle various ad-hoc tasks and daily operations to ensure the sales team runs smoothly and efficiently.
[Qualifications & Skills]
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, office administration, or sales support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, especially when handling data and dispute claims.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attributes: A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
Salary & Benefits
- $45,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Full-time / On-site (Los Angeles).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
