Is This Role For You?
- You've built color cosmetics brands in luxury department stores and understand multi-channel go-to-market strategy
- You're analytically sharp and comfortable owning P&L; you speak finance fluently and can forecast/budget defensively
- You thrive managing complex cross-functional teams (sales, merchandising, media, ecommerce) and getting alignment without authority
- You're obsessed with consumer trends in beauty and can translate insights into winning creative and promotional strategies
- You can balance strategic vision (3-year planning) with tactical execution (launch campaigns, promotional mechanics)
- You lack hands-on color cosmetics or prestige beauty marketing experience-this role requires deep category expertise
- You're remote-only; this is on-site New York and requires constant stakeholder collaboration and retailer face time
- You can't handle ambiguity or constant priority shifts; Coty is fast-moving and you'll need to adapt quickly to market feedback
