Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led global marketing campaigns for a luxury or prestige fragrance/beauty brand and shipped products across 30+ markets
  • You're comfortable owning P&L ($50M+) and can balance strategic vision with commercial rigor-ROI obsessed
  • You thrive in matrix environments managing cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply, Legal) and external stakeholders (licensors, agencies, retail partners)
  • You can write a compelling strategy deck AND execute on the ground; fluent in both board-level storytelling and on-the-ground campaign logistics
  • You have deep fragrance category expertise-you know the consumer journey, competitive dynamics, and what drives purchase in this space
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or don't want to be on-site in New York-this role is on-site, period
  • You're uncomfortable with corporate bureaucracy, matrix reporting, or stakeholder management (licensor approvals, multiple regional leaders)
  • You lack proven experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium goods; this isn't an entry point to the category
