The Challenge
Core Code io is looking for a Marketing Manager to own integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth while managing budget, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing channels, establish baseline KPIs (CAC, conversion rate, engagement), and create a 90-day campaign roadmap
Build and align marketing calendar with sales pipeline; launch first integrated campaign across 3+ channels (social, email, paid ads)
Establish vendor partnerships and negotiate media/agency contracts to optimize budget allocation
Document brand messaging guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
Execute 4+ integrated campaigns with documented ROI; achieve 20%+ improvement in target KPIs vs. baseline
Scale paid advertising and organic channels; grow email list by 40%+ and improve engagement rates by 25%+
Establish monthly performance dashboards tracking conversion rates, CAC, revenue attribution, and channel ROI
Lead quarterly cross-functional reviews with sales and product; refine strategy based on market trends and competitive analysis

Track cost efficiency of campaigns; target 15-20% reduction quarter-over-quarter through optimization.
Conversion Rate
Monitor percentage of visitors converting to leads/customers across all channels; aim for 3-5% improvement in 6 months.

Calculate revenue generated per marketing dollar spent; target 3:1 ratio minimum across paid channels.
Engagement Rate
Measure social, email, and content engagement; benchmark against industry averages and improve monthly.
Lead Quality Score
Work with sales to define and track qualified leads; ensure marketing leads meet sales criteria.
