The Challenge
Converteo is a 450-person hybrid consulting powerhouse transforming enterprise performance through data and AI. You'll own SEO strategy for major accounts—acting as the trusted technical expert between clients, platforms, and agencies while mentoring junior consultants.
Your Mission
Audit and document technical SEO baseline for 2-3 priority client accounts; identify quick wins on crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
Build and socialize a 12-month SEO roadmap for your portfolio, aligned with client growth objectives and cross-functional stakeholder sign-off
Establish weekly monitoring dashboards (GA4, Search Console, Botify, Screaming Frog) with clear ownership and escalation protocols
Deliver first strategic QBR to client leadership; demonstrate organic channel insights and competitive benchmarking
Execute 1-2 major technical initiatives (site migration, replatforming, or crawl optimization) from specification through deployment and performance validation
Reduce crawl errors by 40%+ and improve indexation rate for key content verticals; track via Search Console and proprietary reporting
Mentor 1-2 junior consultants on technical SEO methodology; establish them as secondary leads on assigned projects
Establish yourself as the internal SEO subject matter expert; present 2+ thought leadership sessions on emerging platform changes or testing methodologies

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month and year-over-year growth in sessions from organic search across client portfolio.
Ranking Velocity
Percentage of target keywords moving into top 10, top 3, and #1 positions tracked via Search Console or third-party tools.
Crawl Efficiency
Reduction in crawl errors, improved crawl budget utilization, and indexation rate across client domains.
Organic Conversion Rate
Revenue or goal completions driven by organic traffic, segmented by content type and user intent.
Client Satisfaction (NPS)
Quarterly stakeholder feedback on SEO strategy clarity, execution speed, and business impact.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, or consulting environments
- You're fluent bridging technical (crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site architecture) and strategic (competitor analysis, content roadmaps, attribution) SEO
- You thrive owning end-to-end SEO strategy and can rally cross-functional teams (engineering, product, content) around shared goals
- You're comfortable translating complex SEO recommendations into developer-ready specs and monitoring execution through deployment
- You want to scale your impact by mentoring junior consultants while growing your own expertise in a prestigious consulting house
- You need full remote flexibility; this role requires on-site presence in Paris with hybrid blend
- You prefer execution-only SEO roles over strategic ownership and stakeholder management
- You lack hands-on technical SEO experience or comfort with tools like GA4, Search Console, and crawl analysis
