Hero is doubling year-over-year and reshaping independent work in Brazil. You'll own full-funnel growth strategy across CRM, SEO, and app engagement—turning data into conversion wins that scale.
Your Mission
Map complete user journey and audit current HubSpot setup; identify 5+ quick wins in segmentation and automation
Launch 3 A/B tests on email/push workflows targeting activation and reactivation cohorts
Implement advanced lifecycle segmentation and set baseline metrics for retention and LTV by channel
Partner with Product/Tech to deploy 2 in-app messaging experiments with performance tracking
Increase app retention rate by 12-15% through optimized onboarding flows and lifecycle campaigns
Improve email/push conversion by 20%+ via data-driven segmentation and personalized messaging
Drive 25%+ improvement in SEO organic traffic through on-page optimization and technical fixes
Build scalable CRM workflows reducing churn and unlocking cross/upsell opportunities worth $XXK ARR
