The Challenge
Bitcoin Dollar is a stealth DeFi yield platform with killer product-market fit signals—now you need to make it impossible to ignore. You'll own distribution, community, and GTM strategy for a collateralized token ecosystem backed by Polygon Labs and built by crypto legends.
Your Mission
Map and activate top 20 crypto communities (Discord, Twitter, governance forums) with targeted education on sBTCD yield mechanics and vault structures
Launch initial go-to-market playbook: define ICP, craft positioning that differentiates USD/BTC vault narratives, and identify first 3 distribution channels (partnerships, influencers, platforms)
Build baseline TVL benchmarks and establish weekly tracking dashboard for vault growth, token holder acquisition, and community sentiment metrics
Recruit and onboard 2-3 community lead contractors to run social engagement, AMAs, and early depositor feedback loops
Hit initial TVL milestone (target: $10M-$50M depending on launch timing) across both vaults by driving organic + paid acquisition
Establish Bitcoin Dollar as top-3 cited DeFi yield primitive in crypto Twitter/discourse through thought leadership and educational content
Scale community to 50K+ engaged members across Discord, Telegram, and governance channels with measurable retention and participation rates
Close 3-5 strategic partnerships (Lido, Aave, CEX listings, yield aggregators) that expand distribution and deepen liquidity moats
