The Challenge

Codeway builds category-defining mobile apps hitting millions of users fast—think #1 storage cleaner and #1 AI face editor globally. You'll create the motion and static assets that drive their user acquisition engine, testing bold creative concepts against real performance data.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 20+ high-performing static and motion ad assets across iOS and Android campaigns, tracking CTR and install lift

Master Codeway's creative production pipeline: learn which AI tools (Veo3, Sora, Kling, Nano Banana) unlock speed without sacrificing quality

Analyze 3+ winning creative concepts and document the visual patterns that correlate with strong ROAS and CPI metrics

4

Build 5+ variations of a top-performing ad, testing headline placement, color, motion speed, and messaging to isolate performance levers

By 6 Months

Own the creative lifecycle for 2+ product launches: from concept through delivery, with documented performance lifts vs. baseline

Establish a reusable creative framework that reduces iteration cycles by 30% through systematic A/B testing

Lead collaboration between Growth and Creative teams on 10+ campaigns, demonstrating how design choices directly impact CAC and payback period

4

Mentor 1 junior designer or creative contributor on motion workflows and AI tool integration

KPIs You'll Own

Creative ROAS

Return on ad spend attributed to your asset variants; target 20%+ improvement on winning iterations vs. baseline.

Cost Per Install (CPI)

Cost to acquire one app install; your creative should help drive CPI down by 15-25% through higher engagement rates.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Percentage of ad impressions that result in clicks; strong motion design typically lifts CTR 5-12% vs. static assets.

Asset Production Velocity

Number of high-quality variations shipped per sprint; target 8-12 per 2-week cycle using AI-assisted workflows.

Concept-to-Winner Conversion

Percentage of concepts tested that reach performance benchmarks; aim for 40%+ hit rate through data-driven iteration.
