Your Mission
Audit current SEO performance, identify top 20 keyword opportunities, and implement technical SEO fixes to improve Core Web Vitals scores
Launch 12-week content calendar (blog, product pages, local landing pages) optimized for target keywords and AI-assisted copywriting
Set up AI tools (Surfer SEO, ChatGPT integration, analytics dashboards) and train internal teams on workflows
Establish baseline metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings (top 50 keywords), conversion rate by source
Drive 40%+ YoY increase in organic traffic and improve rankings for primary 50 keywords into top 10
Build social media presence from baseline to 15K+ followers across 2-3 platforms with 3%+ engagement rate
