The Challenge
Cargill, a global agricultural powerhouse, needs someone to orchestrate trade marketing execution across Cali's market. You'll own the full pipeline—from demand generation through customer closing—while syncing marketing strategy with sales reality on the ground.
Your Mission
Develop and socialize integrated marketing plan for assigned product lines/brands with cross-functional alignment
Execute first demand generation campaign targeting 15-20 qualified prospects in territory
Conduct comprehensive sales team training on value propositions and marketing collateral
Establish monthly marketing-sales feedback loop with documented insights and action items
Close 3-5 new customer accounts through coordinated marketing-sales efforts, tracking total wallet share growth
Build customer database with updated account info and engagement history for 50+ active accounts
Deliver 2-3 cross-functional customer development projects increasing share of wallet by 15%+
Present quarterly performance review showing pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and marketing ROI by campaign

Demand Generation Volume
Number of new prospects engaged and qualified monthly through marketing initiatives.

Customer Share of Wallet Growth
Year-over-year increase in total product/service penetration per existing customer.
Campaign Performance
ROI, engagement rate, and cost-per-lead for each marketing campaign executed.
