The Challenge
1Click is a fintech platform under Chile's Chamber of Commerce fighting for adoption and growth. You'll own the full funnel—from user acquisition through retention—while building strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and institutional players.
Your Mission
Map current user funnel and establish baseline CAC, conversion, and activation metrics across all channels
Design and launch first acquisition campaign targeting 2-3 partner segments (banks/fintechs) with measurable ROI
Build CRM and automation foundation (HubSpot setup/audit) to track user lifecycle and partnership touchpoints
Conduct partnership audit: identify top 5-10 strategic alliance opportunities and present negotiation roadmap
Execute 3+ major user activation campaigns; hit 30%+ increase in monthly active users (MAU) vs. baseline
Close 2-3 strategic partnerships with signed LOIs and active pilot programs generating incremental users
Establish growth dashboard (Power BI/Tableau) with real-time CAC, LTV, cohort retention, and funnel metrics
Document repeatable playbooks for acquisition channels, partner onboarding, and campaign orchestration

Monthly Active Users (MAU) & Growth Rate
Measure platform adoption velocity and month-over-month user expansion.

Monitor signup-to-activation and activation-to-recurrence conversion rates across cohorts.
User Retention & Churn
Measure 30/60/90-day retention and identify cohort performance by acquisition source.
Partner-Driven Revenue/Users
Track user volume and revenue contribution from each strategic partnership or alliance.
