The Challenge
Cabify is reimagining urban mobility across Latin America with sustainable transportation alternatives. You'll lead brand strategy and integrated campaigns to drive adoption in Lima while scaling a high-impact mission that's already changing how cities move.
Your Mission
Audit current brand positioning and media mix effectiveness; identify quick wins in paid/owned/earned channels
Define and socialize integrated brand strategy with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Growth, Ops, PR)
Launch 2-3 hero campaigns (awareness + conversion focus) across digital and offline touchpoints with baseline KPIs
Establish reporting cadence and performance dashboards to track campaign ROI, brand lift, and customer journey metrics
Deliver 40%+ improvement in campaign ROI through media mix optimization and creative testing
Scale creative production while maintaining brand consistency across 5+ concurrent campaigns
Build and mentor marketing/creative team (size TBD); establish performance culture with clear growth paths
Integrate consumer insights and market data into quarterly strategy updates; launch 2+ innovation initiatives in creative formats or channels

Campaign ROI
Track return on paid media investment across all channels (search, display, social, offline).
Brand Awareness & Consideration
Measure aided/unaided awareness and consideration lift through periodic brand tracking studies.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor blended CAC across campaigns and optimize channel mix for efficiency.
Campaign Conversion Rate
Track conversion performance by campaign, channel, and creative variant to identify high-performing messaging.
Media Spend Efficiency
Manage budget allocation across channels; measure cost per impression, click, and engagement.
Brand Consistency Score
Internal audit of brand book compliance across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
