The Challenge
C&A is Brazil's fashion retail giant with 14K+ employees, and they're scaling their CRM engine across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and RCS. You'll own the full customer journey—from acquisition to retention—using data and experimentation to drive measurable growth in a massive consumer base.
Your Mission
Map current CRM journey state across all channels and identify 3-5 quick-win optimization opportunities with lift potential
Design and launch first batch of A/B tests (email subject lines, send times, segmentation rules) to establish testing cadence and baseline learnings
Partner with creative and agencies to establish clear CRM briefing templates and campaign execution workflows
Build dashboard to track core CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, ROI) and establish weekly reporting rhythm
Scale winning tests into full-funnel automations across acquisition, qualification, conversion, and retention stages
Achieve 15-20% lift in primary CRM KPI (CTR or conversion rate) through journey optimization and personalization
Conduct omnichannel campaign analysis and recommend channel prioritization based on LTV, churn, and ROI data
Document CRM playbook and share 2+ strategic recommendations to leadership on growth levers based on behavioral and business data

Track segment-level performance to optimize send times, subject lines, and creative relevance.
Conversion Rate by Journey Stage
Measure funnel efficiency from awareness through post-purchase to identify bottleneck stages.
Customer LTV & Churn Rate
Monitor lifetime value trends and churn signals to validate retention campaign effectiveness.
Campaign ROI & Lift
Quantify incremental revenue and efficiency gains from A/B tests and automated journeys.
Engagement Score by Channel
Track SMS, push, RCS, and WhatsApp performance to optimize channel mix and frequency.
