BYD is scaling their automotive presence across Chile's retail and distributor networks. You'll own the trade marketing playbook—from in-store activations and live-streaming campaigns to negotiating shelf space and measuring channel ROI across traditional and digital touchpoints.
Your Mission
Audit current trade marketing execution across top 10 retail/distributor accounts and identify 3 quick wins for promotional lift
Build and launch first integrated trade campaign (digital + ATL + in-store activation) with clear baseline metrics
Establish standardized store display guidelines and conduct compliance audit across 80% of key retail locations
Set up monthly sales data dashboard tracking channel performance, promotional ROI, and competitor activity
Scale winning trade campaigns to 100% of retail footprint with 15%+ uplift in channel sales vs baseline
Develop and execute 2 major product activation events (test drives, exhibitions) generating 500+ qualified leads per event
Optimize digital trade campaigns (social, email, SEO) with documented 25%+ improvement in conversion rates
Negotiate and secure premium product placement agreements with 5+ key retail accounts, increasing basket visibility by 40%

- You've executed 2+ trade or channel marketing campaigns in automotive, FMCG, or B2B sales—not just planned them
- You're obsessed with data: you build dashboards, test hypotheses, and measure everything before scaling
- You thrive negotiating with retail partners and translating strategy into on-ground activations
- You speak Spanish fluently and navigate Santiago's retail ecosystem
- You've only done corporate marketing, brand campaigns, or demand gen—trade marketing is hands-on and tactical
- You can't operate in Spanish or lack familiarity with Latin American retail channels
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Santiago
