We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started!
We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader to define the marketing vision for Brevo’s Pro Business Unit and turn it into sustainable business growth. You will identify where the Pro Business Unit can win, make clear investment choices and build marketing programs that can scale.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work directly with the Head of Sales, RevOps, Client Ops and Product. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, with shared goals across customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
You will initially be the only dedicated marketer for the BU. As the business grows, you will propose the resources and organization needed, with the opportunity to build a small team in line with agreed priorities and budgets.
- Set the marketing vision and direction. Define priority customer segments, positioning and growth opportunities. Translate the BU’s ambitions into a focused marketing strategy and quarterly roadmap, with clear choices about what to pursue and what to stop.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities. Work with Sales and Product to uncover unmet customer needs, test new use cases and evaluate opportunities in new segments, markets or partnerships. Build the business case, validate demand and expand the approaches that prove effective.
- Build and run programs that generate revenue. Personally lead demand generation and lifecycle campaigns, from briefing and messaging to automation and optimization. Generate qualified pipeline and improve conversion, while supporting adoption and customer expansion with Client Ops.
- Align teams around the go-to-market plan. Partner with Sales on lead qualification, follow-up and enablement. Work with Product on launches and customer messaging, and coordinate important customer communications with the relevant teams.
- Manage investment and scale what works. Propose and manage the marketing budget agreed with the GM. Work with RevOps on measurement, evaluate acquisition efficiency and contribution to revenue, and turn successful experiments into repeatable programs. Maintain responsible consent, preference and deliverability practices with specialist support.
- Build the marketing function for the next stage. Establish the processes, tools and capabilities needed as activity grows. Identify when to use shared resources, external specialists or new hires. Build and lead a small team as hiring plans are approved, while remaining close to execution.
