The Challenge

Breega backs 110+ bold startups across Europe and Africa. You'll sit inside their Scaling Squad, helping portfolio founders optimize revenue operations and go-to-market strategy—working directly with founders and revenue teams to turn data into growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document CRM structure and data quality across 5-8 portfolio companies, identifying quick wins for pipeline visibility

2

Build 3-4 revenue dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity for portfolio founders

3

Complete benchmarking analysis on go-to-market strategies for 2-3 portfolio companies in similar markets

4

Support setup of KPI tracking framework and monthly reporting cadence across Sales, Marketing, and CS teams

By 6 Months
1

Lead creation of RevOps playbook documenting best practices across the full portfolio (Sales, Growth, CS, Pricing)

Analyze and document growth loops and acquisition channel performance for 6+ portfolio companies with recommendations

3

Support execution of 2-3 revenue optimization projects (pricing, packaging, monetization) generating measurable impact

4

Build portfolio-level insights dashboard tracking top 10 revenue metrics across all 110+ companies for Breega leadership

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Velocity

Track average deal progression time and conversion rates across portfolio companies to identify acceleration opportunities.

CAC & LTV Ratio

Monitor customer acquisition cost vs. lifetime value benchmarks to validate GTM efficiency across portfolio.

Revenue Dashboard Adoption

Measure how many portfolio companies actively use the dashboards you build and act on the insights.

Playbook Implementation Rate

Track how many portfolio companies adopt RevOps frameworks and playbooks you develop.

  • You're comfortable diving deep into data—CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, churn, retention—and turning numbers into action

  • You can take ownership of research, structure data cleanly, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • You need flexibility to work remote—this is on-site Paris, period

  • You don't have an internship agreement lined up or aren't a Master's student
