The Challenge

Breega backs 110+ ambitious startups across Europe and Africa. You'll work inside their Scaling Squad, directly supporting founders to optimize revenue operations and unlock growth—from go-to-market strategy to pipeline analytics across a diverse portfolio.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit RevOps maturity across 5-10 portfolio companies; identify quick wins in CRM structure and data quality

Build 3-4 foundational revenue dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and CAC across portfolio

Research and document 2-3 go-to-market benchmarks (by vertical/stage) to feed founder advisory sessions

4

Support setup of KPI tracking frameworks for at least 2 portfolio companies' Sales/Marketing/CS teams

By 6 Months
1

Design and roll out standardized RevOps playbook used by 15+ portfolio companies; measure adoption and impact

Analyze and model pricing/packaging strategies for 3-5 portfolio companies; present recommendations to founders

Build portfolio-level insights dashboard tracking LTV, retention, churn, and growth loops across 20+ companies

4

Lead 4-6 revenue-focused workshops or operational projects; document learnings and best practices for Scaling Squad

Interview Process

Phone screening

Head of Portfolio Revenue or Scaling Squad member; 30 min—motivation, analytical thinking, curiosity

Take-home case

Analyze a portfolio company's pipeline/metrics; recommend 2-3 RevOps or GTM improvements

4

Final interview

Debrief case with leadership; culture fit; clarity on apprenticeship commitment and learning goals
