The Challenge
Booth is building its first in-house marketing team to own 30+ location strategies across SEO, paid media, and local search. You'll move them from agency dependence to internal control—starting with a pilot program that sets the playbook for scaling.
Your Mission
Audit current agency work, identify quick wins, and establish baseline performance metrics for top 5 pilot locations
Implement localized GMB strategy and on-page SEO for pilot locations; fix critical technical SEO issues
Launch first SEM/PPC campaigns for pilot locations; establish budget framework and ROI tracking
Map out 90-day content and link-building roadmap to avoid inter-location cannibalization
Roll out full local SEO strategy across 30+ locations with customized GMB, NAP consistency, and location-specific content
Scale paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing) across all locations; optimize bids and budgets based on 3-month learnings
Launch TikTok pilot campaign; test emerging channels and document ROI vs. traditional channels
Build internal marketing playbook and handoff documentation; train team on SEO/SEM best practices for long-term autonomy

Month-over-month increase in sessions from organic search across pilot and full 30+ location portfolio.

Number of locations ranking in Google Local Pack top 3 for core service keywords.
PPC ROAS
Return on ad spend across Google, Meta, Bing, and Yahoo campaigns; target optimization to avoid location cannibalization.
GMB Engagement Rate
Clicks, calls, and direction requests from Google Business Profiles as % of impressions per location.
Cost Per Acquisition by Channel
CPA across organic, SEM, and emerging channels; benchmarked by location and service type.

- You've run SEO and paid media at scale (5+ years proven) and want to own the full funnel from day one without agency friction
- You thrive as a solo builder—no hand-holding, high autonomy, comfortable making strategic calls without constant supervision
- You speak fluent English (B2 minimum) and can work Pacific hours from Colombia reliably
- You understand local SEO deeply and have managed multi-location campaigns; you know how to avoid cannibalization between nearby properties
- You're comfortable with technical SEO (HTML, CSS, analytics) and ready to dive into TikTok + emerging channels
- You need a team from day one or prefer collaborative environments; this is a solo build role with limited support structure
- You can't commit to Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM Pacific Time or lack strong English written/verbal skills
- You're an agency veteran uncomfortable with autonomy—this role requires independent decision-making and no constant client/stakeholder feedback loops
Interview Process

Present 2–3 real examples of multi-location or local SEO campaigns you've led; discuss ROI, tools used, and lessons learned.

Executive Conversation
