Your Mission
Map competitive landscape and customer insights across key Brazilian territories; deliver market intelligence report informing product positioning
Audit existing marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials; identify gaps in value proposition messaging for clinical buyers
Establish baseline sales performance metrics and ROI tracking across demand-gen initiatives; set up CRM dashboards in Salesforce
Build relationships with top 15-20 key accounts and sales channels; align on 2026 growth priorities
Execute 3+ demand-generation campaigns targeting clinical labs and hospital networks; track conversion and revenue impact
Launch regional pricing strategy aligned with global product management; validate market fit and competitive positioning
Deliver sales team training on 2-3 new product launches; measure adoption and win rates in field
Grow market share in priority segments by 12-15% through optimized channel prioritization and localized promotions

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5+ years in health/diagnostics marketing with proven regional field marketing or sales enablement wins
- You're fluent in English and Portuguese; you understand Brazilian healthcare buyer behavior and competitive dynamics
- You're comfortable with 35% travel and thrive building direct relationships with sales teams and key accounts
- You're data-driven: you track ROI, adjust campaigns based on market feedback, and own accountability for revenue impact
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in São Paulo with significant travel
- You lack hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce required)
- You haven't worked in healthcare/life sciences; clinical buyers and regulatory nuances require domain expertise
