The Challenge

Beyond ONE is disrupting telecom in high-growth markets with a digital-first aggregator platform. As Digital Acquisition Director for Virgin Mobile Mexico, you'll own the growth engine for 6.5M+ subscribers, driving CAC optimization and subscriber growth in one of Latin America's most competitive mobile markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) and establish baseline CAC, ROAS, and attribution modeling across all paid media

2

Build and optimize core conversion funnels (web/app) with A/B testing roadmap; target 15-20% lift in conversion rates within 90 days

3

Establish weekly performance dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and budget ROI; embed data-driven decision-making across the team

4

Define and launch high-performing creative testing framework with content team; identify top 3-5 winning ad variants by channel

By 6 Months
1

Scale digital subscriber acquisition by 25-30% while maintaining or reducing CAC through channel optimization and incrementality testing

Achieve best-in-class marketing efficiency ratio (MER) of 3:1+ ROAS across paid channels; document playbooks by channel

Launch and manage 2-3 high-impact campaigns aligned with product launches or market initiatives; measure incrementality impact

Build high-performing digital marketing team; identify and hire specialists (paid media, analytics, creative); establish clear KPIs and accountability

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost-per-acquisition by channel; benchmark against historical baseline and competitor benchmarks to optimize spend allocation.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.

Conversion Rate (Web/App)

Monitor funnel conversion rates from landing page through subscription; track improvements from A/B testing initiatives.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Calculate subscriber lifetime value and maintain healthy CAC:LTV ratio (target 1:3 or better) to ensure unit economics.

Digital Subscriber Growth

Track month-over-month and year-over-year new subscriber acquisition via digital channels; ladder against company growth targets.

Attribution & Incrementality

Measure true incremental impact of campaigns using holdout testing or multi-touch attribution; avoid crediting non-incremental volume.
