Your Mission
Audit and document 50+ priority pages for AI/LLM visibility gaps and entity structures
Build and maintain weekly ranking tracking dashboard across 100+ target keywords
Complete first content refresh sprint (5-10 pages) with pre/post ranking analysis
Shadow competitive analysis process and identify 3+ content format opportunities
Drive month-over-month ranking improvements for 25+ priority keywords through content optimization
Establish baseline AI Overview citation rate and lift it by 15%+ through strategic entity markup
Deliver 2+ formal reporting decks translating search performance into business impact
Contribute to documented AEO (AI Engine Optimization) playbook for team

Track position movement for priority target keywords monthly and correlate with content refresh sprints.
Impressions & CTR
Monitor organic search impressions and click-through rates to measure visibility lift.
AI Overview Citations

Calculate ranking and traffic gains from monthly content optimization sprints.
