Better Digital is a boutique consulting firm that builds marketing architecture the right way-no oversold promises, no ticket queues. As Marketing Orchestration Engineer, you'll own the activation layer that transforms personalization strategy into real customer experiences.
Your Mission
Design and implement 3+ complex cross-channel journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer that execute flawlessly
Establish debugging protocols and documentation for AJO event architecture and real-time segmentation flows
Align journey logic with data architecture by partnering directly with Architects and Data Engineers on 2+ client projects
Own end-to-end performance accountability: journey firing rates, segment accuracy, and offer decisioning outcomes
Architect and deliver 5+ production journeys across B2B/B2C clients with >95% firing accuracy
Build reusable journey templates and best practices library that improves delivery speed across team
Mentor incoming engineers on AJO implementation patterns and troubleshooting workflows
Drive client outcomes: measure and report on journey performance metrics that tie directly to business KPIs
