The Challenge
CARL is transforming digital culture from the inside out. You'll own internal communications strategy, from governance and newsletters to onboarding experiences—directly shaping how 500+ employees connect and stay aligned.
Your Mission
Audit and restructure internal documentation system; establish governance framework for bi-annual content updates with CODIR sign-offs
Launch first branded newsletter in French/English with baseline engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates)
Design and deploy new hire welcome experience including personalized messages and chronological onboarding journey
Master CARL brand guidelines and InDesign workflows to ensure visual consistency across all internal communications
Achieve 45%+ internal newsletter open rate and establish monthly performance dashboards presented to CODIR
Organize 2-3 strategic company events (annual meeting, quarterly town halls) with documented attendee feedback
Build centralized content repository with version control and multi-language support (FR/EN)
Increase new hire integration satisfaction scores by 20+ points through improved onboarding touchpoints and messaging

Track monthly performance of French/English internal newsletters to measure engagement and content relevance.
Onboarding Completion Rate
Monitor how many new hires complete the chronological integration journey and provide satisfaction feedback.
Document Archival Accuracy
Measure percentage of internal documents properly centralized, tagged, and accessible on IntraCARL.
Event Attendance & NPS
Track turnout and Net Promoter Score for internal institutional events to gauge culture impact.

Is This Role For You?
- You're finishing a 3rd-year Licence or Master's in Communications and want real operational impact day one
- You're fluent in InDesign, comfortable with video tools (PlayPlay), and obsess over visual consistency
- You thrive on diverse tasks: writing, design, event logistics, data analysis, stakeholder management
- You speak French and English fluently; multilingual bonus = differentiator
- You like structure but can problem-solve when documentation and processes are messy
- You need remote flexibility or hybrid options—this is 100% on-site in Limonest
- You're looking for a growth marketing role focused on external acquisition and demand generation
- You're uncomfortable with bi-lingual work or lack confidence in English writing/communication
- You prefer deep specialization (e.g., only design, only copywriting) over generalist communications
