The Challenge
Believe is one of the music industry's biggest players, and they're looking for you to drive the digital presence of rap, R&B, and Afro artists across their internal labels. You'll own the full stack—from YouTube optimization to TikTok strategy to community management—working directly with Digital Marketing Managers who know the game.
Your Mission
Master SmartLink creation and optimization across all artist releases, ensuring 100% compliance and platform accuracy
Own YouTube upload workflow for 15+ artists (clips, lyric videos, visualizers) with proper SEO optimization
Launch and manage social media content calendar (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Spotify Clips) across 2 labels with minimum 3 posts/week per channel
Audit competitor digital strategy for 5+ competing labels and produce benchmark report with actionable insights
Develop content playbook for artist releases (TikTok strategy, short-form video specs, caption frameworks) adopted by full team
Build and maintain organic monitoring system for artist reputation across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok (track mentions, sentiment, trending audio)
Execute 3+ integrated digital campaigns from ideation through performance analysis, tracking engagement lift vs. baseline
Produce monthly campaign performance reports with clear wins, learnings, and optimization recommendations for next cycle

Track clicks from Believe links to streaming platforms; target >8% CTR across all new releases.
YouTube Channel Growth & Watch Time
Monitor subscriber growth, average view duration, and click-through rate on end screens and cards for artist channels.
Social Media Engagement Rate
Measure likes, comments, shares, saves across TikTok, Instagram, Spotify per post; benchmark against label competitors.
Streaming Platform Performance
Track playlist placements, artist bio click-throughs, follower growth on Spotify, Apple Music, and emerging platforms.
Campaign ROI & Artist Reach
Attribute streams, playlist adds, and certifications back to digital campaigns; calculate cost-per-stream during promotions.

Is This Role For You?
- You're in Master 2 with specialization in music, digital marketing, or communications and want hands-on experience at scale
- You're obsessed with TikTok, Spotify, YouTube trends and can spot what's next in rap/R&B/Afro music
- You're comfortable in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and can execute workflows independently with minimal hand-holding
- You have prior internship or project experience in digital/community management and want to level up in music tech
- You need full-time employment (this is alternance only—Master 2 required, 1 day school/4 days work)
- You're not genuinely interested in rap, R&B, or Afro music; this role requires taste and cultural fluency
- You're not comfortable with visual design tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or prefer strictly strategic work over execution
Interview Process
Initial Screening
CV and portfolio review; confirm Master 2 enrollment and school schedule (must be Monday or Wednesday).
Video Interview
45-min call with Digital Marketing Manager covering: music taste, digital trends awareness, portfolio examples, why Believe.
Practical Task
Short content creation or social media audit assignment; show your eye for trends and ability to execute in Adobe suite.
Final Interview
Meet with team lead; discuss label ecosystem, expectations, and collaboration style; confirm school/work schedule fit.
